Planar N=4 SYM theory is a remarkable example of four-dimensional interacting gauge theory which can be studied at any value of the 't Hooft coupling constant. I will show how to find its spectrum exactly using most recent discoveries in AdS/CFT integrability, in particular using Hirota dynamics.
